One of the objects that most artists have been drawing for hundreds of years has been shoes. Why shoes you may ask? Maybe it’s because some artists think it symbolizes where a person has traveled. Maybe it’s because they are a challenge to draw because they are filled with texture, shadow and contour lines. My blog Art challenge is to draw a pair of shoes, include as much detail as possible.
